1- CS sent confirmation of the complaint on the same day.

2- CS investigate the complaint with the concerned department/s.

3- Complaints turnaround time is 5 working days.

4- If the solution didn’t satisfy the client, the client has right to address t to Egyptian Financial Supervisory
Authority – EFSA.
