Tokio Marine Egypt General Takaful (TMGT) was originally founded in 2008 as joint venture as one of Takaful companies in Egypt, then acquired 100% by Tokio Marine Group in 2013 to become the 1st Japanese Insurance company in Egypt. We are working hard to be one of the most trustable companies in such promising insurance markets in the world.

As a basic philosophy of Tokio Marine Group, customer trust is the foundation of all our activities. Through the provision of the high quality product and insurance services to our customer through insurance brokers as our business partner, we, TMGT aim to deliver safety and security to all the society.

Since we started the operation, we are offering unique and high quality services and products such as 777 claim service , EZ (easy) Auto, Tokio Business Protection & EZ (Easy) Medical among traditional ones. And also we are already one of top Marine Cargo underwriters in the market, supported by our global network with over 250 claim agents. We will always seek new ways to protect customers and society in time of need, by adopting to environmental changes quickly and proactively.
