A. You can submit your claim notifications through our website. Please click [Here] and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can send your claim by email to TMGTClaims@tokiomarine.com.eg, via WhatsApp at +20 01000068770, by hand, or contact our claims department through the same WhatsApp number.

A. We have a trusted network of agencies and workshops. If you choose one of our network partners, the claim amount will be paid directly to the repair shop, excluding any deductibles stated in your policy. However, you are free to choose any repair shop you prefer.

A. In case of an accident involving the insured car, the policyholder is required to file a police report immediately after the accident, and the police must inspect the insured vehicle. This requirement applies only in the following cases: serious accidents, total loss, fire, robbery, theft, airbag deployment, any accident involving mechanical damage (engine, gearbox, suspension parts), and third-party liability, regardless of the repair cost.
