Cover Provided

• Physical losses or Damages for goods
• The Legal liability generated from physical losses or damages of goods transported and /or stored while being in the care and custody of the shipper
• The shipper’s Legal liability generated from any negligent act and error omission of the participant in rendering or failing to render the participant professional services as stated on the contract schedule,
• The Shipper’s Legal liability towards any third party
• Fines Duties & Penalties: The breach of a regulation or statutory provision resulting in fines, duty or penalties which the Participant is legally liable to pay to an authority in respect of Delivery of cargo belonging to a third party.
