This is an ‘All Risks’ policy which covers property against all accidental physical loss or damage whilst situated at the premises described in the policy unless the situation is specifically excluded.

This policy will NOT cover : • Loss or damage due to war, invasion act of foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, revolution, terrorism…etc. • Nuclear reaction , nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination • Willful act or willful negligence of the participant or of his representatives • Consequential loss of any kind • Electrical or mechanical breakdown • Deterioration of property due to change in temperature or humidity • Subsidence, ground heave, landslip, erosion, settling or cracking. • Loss resulting from dishonesty, fraudulent action, theft • Accidental breakage of glass • Inventory shortage • The freezing or molten material |
The cover can be extended to include : • Architects, surveyors, engineers fees • Expediting expenses • Capital additions • Fire extinguishing expenses • Loss of metered water • Additional costs of complying with public authorities regulations when rebuilding • Removal of debris • Replacement of locks and keys following theft • Contents whilst temporarily removed • Construction or erection works |
