Loss or damage sustained by the participant by reason of any act of fraud or dishonesty by any Employee (with the clear intent of obtaining an improper financial gain for themselves or any other person intended by them)

Exclusions

loss caused due to any act by an employee in the course of their duties including
• Forgery,
• Embezzlement, misappropriation
• Larceny
• Fraud

• Dishonesty This policy will NOT cover:
• Loss or damage due to war, invasion act of foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, revolution, terrorism…etc.
• Loss committed by a partner of the participant
• loss of trade secrets
• Loss resulting directly or indirectly from trading
• Loss where the defaulting Employee cannot be identified by name
• unexplained shortages of money or other property which cannot be attributed to an employee
• Losses not discovered within 12 months of expiry of the policy
• consequential loss

  • Details of system of checking new employees during recruitment
  • Details of other financial checking systems that the participant has
  • Employees’ status and credibility
  • Number of employees handling cash, valuables or stocks
  • Limits of exposures
