The Motor act Insurance Law for liability arising from accidents rapid transit vehicles within the Arab Republic of Egypt, No. 72 for the year 2007 includes deaths and injuries , physical and financial damages caused to third parties other than cars

Risks covered by this insurance:
– This insurance covers the risk of death – physical injury
(total disability and persistent partial disability)
– The physical damage caused to property of others (except cars)

The policy period: the policy is effective throughout the duration of the vehicle license, also during the grace period which allowed for the renewal of the license according to the traffic law.

The new law has set the commitment of the insurance company up to LE 40,000 (forty thousand Egyptian pounds) for bodily injury (death / disability permanent or total), or a proportion of this amount in case of permanent partial disability and up to LE 10,000 (ten thousand Egyptian pounds) in case of damage to property of others (except cars)
